Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm getting the issue mentioned as already patched wherein I receive the event notification to set research when I have already researched everything available in the tree.

I tested and confirmed this has to do with disabling the doomsday victory option making it impossible to research the doomsday operation.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Disable the doomsday victory option, then research every available military research.

Hey Square0, thank you for reporting this. This is a case we hadn't kept in mind, I've passed it on to the Dev that previously fixed it and they'll have a look.
