Sometimes a faction demand event is missing the blue envelope icon.
This makes it look like there's a gap in the event queue.

No idea.
I've attached a save file that has that for me as soon as I load it.

Hey Clopen, thanks for your report. We are aware of this, it's due to a fairly last minute change that got made pre-launch which we haven't had time to address yet. We'll try to get this in for the next Patch.
