Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Start game with Dvar Heritor and pick Veteran perk
2. Level up hero with Siege Master
3. In tactical combat with the hero stack, have a unit be next to cover or in a trench.
4. Select the Siphoner and hold Ctrl+Alt while mouse is over the unit in cover. Compare to what happens when doing this with another damage type.
