[Solved] Screen flickering bug
What platform are you running the game on?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I got this bug after the Tyrannosaurus Update, the bottom of the screen have a flickering part. when i scroll the screen to the place with fog of war, the flickering part disappeared, It seems the fog of war in Tactical Map doesn't work appropriately.
i have a nvidia 1070ti card, the driver of video card is 442.19

Steps to reproduce the issue
Any Tactical Map with fog of war has this flickering part, the naval battle doesn't have this flickering thing, It seems the naval battle map doesn't have fog of war.
Attach DxDiag (PC) or System Info log (Mac)
