Hi FyuriusRyage, thanks for your report. We have a known issue where Paradox Cloud saves get downloaded everytime you start the game, updating the Date/Time. We haven't gotten around to fixing it yet, but could you confirm for me that this is only happening with Paradox Cloud Saves and not also Steam Cloud Saves?
