Hey PUGfan, thanks for your report. I've managed to reproduce both issues on the console, we're going to be running some test to figure both issues out. I'll update when I have more information.

Hey, yea we did figure out what was causing the issue and implemented a fix, however from what I understood the fix doesn't work retroactively. The fix for it should be in the next patch but will only prevent further occurrences.
