There is this rule that each Template must have a unique name (I guess you use the string as identifier?).
Mostly the default names give you a lot of options. However there are a few exceptions.

Steps to reproduce the issue
The Combination Xenoplague Paraiste/Plague Pods - asuming no overriding mods - gives only a single name on:
Kirko Hidden: Plague Bomber
Kikro Frenzied: Plague Juggler
Kirko Transcendent: Bile Hurler
Of course it could be there is a bug in the resolution, allowing each name to be only used once in the entire Unit Manager (rather then once per unit class).
