Main menu bug

Well after starting the game i arrive at the main menu i play in full screen mode.
Now then rather then being able to scroll over the options on the main menu by putting my mouse cursor over them like i could before this bug occurred.
Now I have to have my mouse cursor in the middle of screen with the mouse cursor to select any of options at the main menu it also continues into any games i play in age of wonders planetfall even though it use to play just fine. I can't select quit game from the main menu because it won't go down enough so i have to alt+tab out to quit the game.
It does it in debug mode as well. None other games i play have this issue. I just recently bought the game on steam.

started up game from launcher and waited for the game to start up arrived at main menu and the bug happens
