Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
was playing through the main campaign, and on second Dvar mission, right after capturing the psynumbra shrine, and starting the communion, I had to go to work.
I had just saved, after claiming the shrine, and had rushed through the last turn, so I though I'd load from there and take a bit more time on the planet.

Part way through the next play through I realized I had no way to start the communion, and in the objective window there was nothing but the most basic outlines of victory conditions.

Hey Bramb26, thanks for reaching out. Would you be able to get us the save in question, that would making reproducing the issue a lot more accurate. Saves can be found in:

• Non-clouded: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Age of Wonders Planetfall\Saves
• PDX clouded: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Age of Wonders Planetfall\Profiles\*PROFILE_ID*\CLOUDSAVES

Alright, I'm using the current Live version and I have the option as normal. After annexing the landmark to your colony, if you have a unit on it and click it it should open the sector analysis. In there should be the option to Initiate 'The Communion.'
