I have placed the "cerebral control collars" mod on assembly lightning riders making them classed as indentured. The issue is that the ability given by the mod "control amplifier" which gives a 25% damage boost to indentured can't target them and when activated targeting other indentured units in the same stack it ignored them. It might be just a miss labelled text on the mod ability or an oversight with the lightning riders since they aren't exactly the unit that springs to mind when you say indentured.
Oh also the battle this happened in and i tested in were scans for grail cyphers on the off chance that has anything to do with it, doubt it but you never know.

Place cerebral control mod on lightning rider and a control amplifier mod on an overseer and enter a battle. then attempt to use the ability given by the overseer's mod.
