Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Kir'ko star guide can't use the Focus: Venom, but other psionic kir'ko units like transcendent can. I have a Assembly star guide that are using it after I added the mod to it. So this is an issue related only to that specific Kir'ko unit as far as I can tell.

Steps to reproduce the issue
Play as Kir'ko and try to mod the kir'ko star guide with focus: venom, it is not possible. Build or acquire a star guide of another race and it is all of a sudden allowed.
