Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Apparently forcibly evolving a tamed animal unit via the Shepherd's Growth Ray strips its Primal Controller.

This does not seem to happen with normal evolves and isn't documented anywhere, so it feels like an oversight in Controller (re)placement due to the fact that "normal" evolves tend to happen outside of combat proper (on post-battle screen or from anomaly exp etc).

Is this intended behaviour?

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Be Amazon Heritor
- Obtain a Shepherd unit via Empowered Drained
- Tame an animal unit with a metamorphosis prime rank via Primal Override, it will get a Primal Controller
- Enter a combat with both, wait for cooldown, use Growth Ray on the Animal to evolve it
- End combat via victory or retreat
- Observe that the evolved animal is missing its Primal Controller
