If you have the doomsday strategic op primed and then launch the finisher operation (that starts the victory countdown) cancelling the primed op wins the game immediately.
Have you tried verifying your files?
No
Steps to reproduce the issue
Having Xenoplague as secret tech (works with any secret tech)
Have a doomsday strategic op primed (omega infection)
Launch the doomsday finisher operation (omega awakening), the countdown starts
If you cancel you primed strategic op you get an immediate victory
Attach DxDiag (PC) or System Info log (Mac)
