Game crashes during Leave-6 at different points

I bought this game recently and was able to finish the tutorial. But when i wanted to start the first Campaign Mission on Leave-6 the game kept crashing every time i tried. The crashes dont always happen at the same time. Sometimes it crashes right when the Dropship lands, sometimes after 1 or 2 Minutes while moving the camera, or sometimes during Turn transition. However i wasnt able to get past Turn 1 or 2 because of this.

Windows 10
Intel Core i7 8700k
Gainward Nvidia GeForce RTX2080
GeForce Driver 436.30
16GB DDR4 RAM
Mainboard MSI Z370 Gaming M5

Steps to reproduce the issue
Nothing special. Just trying to play the game. Crashes sooner or later. Usually in the first turn or right at the start when the Dropship lands.
