I noticed that some abilities/ops doesnt work on allies even tho it's clearly mentioned in the description that Friendly stuff are affected.
for example the following doesnt work on allies: battle plan, protector program and oracle's guidance.
I usually follow the description whenever i try to fix something in my mod bcz it's more likely to be an input mistake by developers instead of a text.
