Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was in a manual combat trying to take a city, I had just done the Mind Rebirth strategic operation on the sector. Through the whole battle the health bars above all the units were being covered up by a white overlay and I was unable to tell how much health was remaining.

Every now and then it would flicker back to normal but then would quickly go back to being covered. The color of the accuracy crosshairs would also be white so I couldn't tell how accurate the shot would be from this either.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Launch Mind Rebirth strategic operation on a sector
2. Enter manual combat on the city center for this sector

Expected:
The unit health bars and accuracy cursors are visible and the appropriate colors

Actual:
The health bars and accuracy cursors are covered by a white overlay

This bug happened again during another playthrough that I did, so I thought I'd include the save file for the first turn of combat where this occurred.

This time I was attacking a colony where the AI had an operation in place which was blocking all tactical operations.
