Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In Amazon mission 2 i have a gold landmark (cryo something) - it gives u "Cryo repopulation protocol" strategic spell.
And it works ok.
But in mid of game enemy occupy this landmark AND city this landmark belongs to. I've recieved message "Access to this doctrine lost" and my primed doctrine've been canceled.
Some turns after that i liberate my city (and landmark have been liberated too).
But after that this doctrine d't appears again in my doctrines list.

As a result, now i have a landmark, but d't have doctrine spell from this landmark.
Have you tried verifying your files?


Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Capture Cryo landmark
2. Prime Doctrine spell (cryo repopulation)
3. Let enemy capture landmark and city landmark belongs to.
4. Liberate city
5. Doctrine d't appear in list.

Hey caxopog, thanks for your report. I've followed your reproduction steps but for me I still have access to the Cryo Repopulation Protocol even if the colony & landmark are belonging to another player. Can you check your strategic operations list whether it's present for you?
