Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In one turn I had bought units to bring the Growth faction into Integration status. During the end of the turn an enemy AI cast 'Sway Ideology' and instead of dropping by 20 to 'Friendship 60' it dropped 80 points to 'Friendship 0'.

I replayed the turn this time taking the Intergration beyond 0 and it dropped 85 points that time to 'Friendship 0'.

I then replayed a third time but didn't promote the status to 'Integration' leaving it at 'Friendship 70'. This time it worked as intended (to a degree) and dropped it to 'Friendship 50'.

What it didn't was provide me with any notification that my status had dropped though other than if it dropped the full level.

Steps to reproduce the issue
I guess just try to have a Celestial player (was a Syndicate) cast Sway Ideology when another player is less that 20 into a status with an NPC faction.
