I just end my turn and it crashes during the independents turn.

I just end my turn and it crashes during the independents turn.

To add to it, I have discovered it is caused by the game attempting to autosave, as the same thing happens if I save manually, and nothing happens if I disable autosave.

There's no crash in this game reported in that dxdiag. I can only guess this might be an antivirus app getting in the way, which one do you use?

Does this happen whether saves are local or to the cloud?

- Non-clouded: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Age of Wonders Planetfall\Saves
- PDX clouded: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Age of Wonders Planetfall\Profiles\*PROFILE_ID*\CLOUDSAVES

So after experimenting for a while I've found out it was a conflict between colonial guard/hoppers and expanded arsenal.
