Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Some ranged psionic abilities don't have the "Ranged Weapon" requisite in resource editor thats why they dont benefit from Confiscator's accuracy buffs

i just made a quick review in editor for psionic abilities missing Ranged Weapon requisites:

-Psifish_unitprop.rpk:
Mind Strike - Mind Warp - Mind Flay - Mind Blast
-upgrades_psionic_unitprop.rpk:
Celestian wrath - Psi-strike
-darkvoid_unitprop.rpk:
warp darkness - call of terror

Hey Dread, thanks for the report. I've cased it out to our Unit & Abilities guy for a fix.
