Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
while I can select the teams button when playing a new planet, i cannot select the teams when selecting my galactic empire. is this how its meant to be ? I was thinking of doing as many steam achievements as I could, and the stacked deck talks about completing a planet with a 300% exp multiplier or more. Selecting teams after making it hardcode with extreme should make it a lot easier
