In the 2nd Kirko Mission, you can get anotehr Hero (Merrin Gau'hu) by taking over the Syndicate landing site.
This hero spawns on level 5, but without a single unspent skillpoint or pre-spent skillpoint. It is just short 20 Skill Points. I am unsure if this issues might persist into the final mission.
