Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If I end my turn the AI will attack. After fighting this fight manually the game will return to the map but the AI will hang indefinitely.

Have you tried verifying your files?
No

Steps to reproduce the issue
Take the attached save game, end the turn, fight manually when the AI attacks, finish the fight -> the game hangs

Hey Pete666, thanks for the report. We've recently received similar reports from other PC and console users and we're investigating the issue.

I have the same issue. This may or may not hapen only If you lose the manual fight. This happens to me everytime I lose the AI fight, then try to win manually but lose anyway.

After beeing stuck I have to kill the Game via Alt-F4, when I reload the game, the most recent save game is corrupted and cannot be loaded (Game hangs in infinite loop on black screen with loading item)

Also I had to modify obove post several times to not get it marked as SPAM... your spam filter is on a hair trigger, it seems to be angry about Alt+F4 had to change it to be witten with a - instead
