In order to help the Low Countries to gain some extra trade, I would suggest to add some extra trade power:
Antwerpen shouldn't not only have an 'Centre of Trade' but also the 'Scheldt Estuary' modifier and Zeeland could get the 'Meuse Estuary' modifier.
Combined with the existing 'Centre of Trade' and 'Rhine Estuary' of Holland, their coast will be a Trading power house.

Er... Cuiabá trade node? Why is there a Pacific trade node named after a Brazilian city (Brazil does not have a Pacific coast) which had little relevance as a center of trade until the early 20th century?

A trade node "Cuiaba" stretching from the pacific through the Andes named after a brazilian city was really annoying. But maybe they're still looking for a better name.

Patagonia trade node is rather useless.

What I like is that we have coastal nodes (in Africa: Ivory Coast, Zanzibar) and inland nodes - Timbuktu, Ethiopia. So colonizers get coast but can actually compete where trade goes (Sevilla, Channel, Bordeaux)

In single-player the Dutch won't form.

??? I haven't played all that much since 1.4. was there something in a patch that prevented the AI from forming the Netherlands? I saw it form in both my England and France games. It was particularly annoying in my England game.
