-The whole menagerie of changes to completely implement European domination.
-Perhaps the addition of the nation of Kong which survived until 1895.
-Fixing province supply values (although this needs to be done on a global scale)
-Fixing political setup
-Getting one of the Ethiopian nations a coastline

Britain, France, and later Germany need events and/or CBs to make them want to conquer West Africa(or any of Africa except for Portugal who seem bent on dominating the Zulus). As to supply, it could be better but no one should be able to invade Benin with a 25000 man army and not pay Death its just wages. Maybe only important cities, like Timbuktu, should be fortified, and those at the lowest level with only a garission of 2500 or 5000 men. I can think of a fortress (European or African) in West Africa that could hold 10000+ and the pop. of the city.
