I've downloaded it from the Scandinavian mirror and Fates site, but i can get neither of them to install. When it asks me to choose a directory, it says the program requires at least -2016 MB. Then when i click next to where it starts to install it, it has an error saying "Value must be between 1 and 2147483647". Anyone have any idea what is wrong ?

Personally I have no problems with the errors since I can fix them myself. Id errors for instance are easily fixed once found. Other than these few problems, the lack of a save game folder that everyone can just make themselves, and events that need to be updated or changed. You guys should be very proud of what you have created. GREAT JOB!!!

I've got 3 gigs free, so that can't be a problem. I don't really have any programs running in the bachground, but i'll try restarting windows and closing everything down
I also noticed that some events have the same ID's as some monarchs and/or leaders. Could this also be behind some of CTD's like the one that happens when I'm playing Prussia and I always have CTD happen in 1835. I noticed that the only event that occurs for Prussia in 1835 had the same ID as Prussia's monarch William I.
I got through the entire game as Germany without one problem, that's strange. I also would like to say the game is a bit hard on the Ottomans. Serbia ends up owning the entire Balkans and Greece ends up with the half of Anatolia closest to them! There must be a way to confine their revolts to the Balkans because that is a little extreme. Although ahistorical perhaps you should think about making it possible for every country to revolt right off the bat. Italy never forms, and Germany can't use the blitzkrek thanks to how hard it is to siege a fort. I know technically the blitzkrek was not around until world war two, but Hitler's generals got the idea from the form of battle Germany used in the Franco-Prussian, and Austrian wars (how do you think they had a seven weeks war!?). So you might want to look into taking down the fortress power just slightly, or at least making it easier to assault. Just a couple observations and sugestion I had after finishing my first game.....

I'd just like to volunteer to host any future versions of AoN on my server. I have plenty of space I don't use anyway, so just PM me if you're interested (I'm talking to the AoN project coordinators here, dunno exactly who you are).
And thanks for the excellent job, guys! Of course it's bound to have a few beta-malfunctions, but I'm sure it'll be great in the end.

is this the same as v0.9 beta ? because the files dont work and i have that so it would not make any difference
As soon as I load the game, it gives me the final score screen (this is 1830ish.) Odd, because my savegames were working fine yesterday.

Matamoros in Rio Grande?
first of all I come from Rio Grande, and matamoros is on the other side of the rive where tampico is, city i think that should replace it easily would be Corpus Christi, and Houston was nothing more than a small fort at the time, so Matagorda's city could be Galveston, and some Pacific ocean areas have names like "St George's Channel" and some other odd names I cant remember.

I really doubt this is a bug, but I can't seem to figure out how to declare the german empire. I get the events for Holstein, the Austro-Prussian war, the Franco-Prussian war (France actually picked the be the laughing stock of europe option one time), and I snag my all of the cb shields as soon as they are available (including the ones on Poland, which can be a pain to get from russia). A north german conferderation event comes up, but the only option for it is "do not." Which does nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
In my game nearly all of Ottomans' provinces defected to Persia, so that in the end Thrace borderd Persia.
Italy seems to fail to form, as Piedmont-Sardinia either gets swallowed by France or Austira, but I suppose it's a dog eat dog world....... It is kind of funny though when a bunch of British Indian provinces defect to the Mughuls....... So much for British colonial power....
Excellent work with the american civil war though, I haven't seen the CSA survive yet.

Ramo, the reason I didn't include your files is that I have edited the American events as they just didn't work, especially the Civil War events. There were many errors with ID's and general scripting. Also, I created new events to ensure that the CSA most often disappears (with the original events that was sent to me CSA always survived). I didn't feel for doing that once again so may I ask you to make your new events compatible with the ones I've edited and then send it in. Else I can do that if you want.

The British are the greatest problems as huge colonial empires aren't modelled very well in the EU enginge. Suggestions are still welcomed - there should be a thread around about that.
