On the assumption that the event belongs to DAI, is DAI a vassal of China? If so, then maybe XieChengnuo wants China to lose vassal DAI since it chose to go to French.

Okay, Cuirassier and Korath have done Republic of China flags, but I still need someone to figure out what the mistake with the Opium War Events is.

About the republic of China, don't you think it's enough with a Kuonmintang event and a revolt or two? The warlords era and the birth of the republic lies quite out of the time frame, as it ends on January 1st, 1914.

as for the republic, the way I have it set up, it could happen anywhere in the beginning of the 20th century, so that gives it plenty of time to be a good nation to play - plus it was definitely a separate entity

well anyways, i finally finished and tested most of my events, so once i go through it one more time with the beta 1 version (took me so long they released the beta w/o me, i guess!!) i'll release the Chinese events and such.
