Why are you posting download links here in the public section? These should go in the tech forum where only people that are registered with the game access. And you wonder why people pirate.
Also, in the next patch, please tell me how can I deploy multiple buiuldings at the same time in a province.
You now how you can click 12 divisions by holding shift and deploy them at the same time? Or click ctrl and deploy all land forces with a few clicks in the same province? Please make that available for buildings as well such as nuclear power or synthetics or at least tell me how to do it I would love to fix it on my own.

ah c'mon, the only people who pirate an indie game that has been sold for less than £7 made by modders for hardcore fans and returning old HOI2 players are total wankers anyway. They'll just get it from somewhere else. THe only difference being 2 or 3 clicks on Google.
It does not matter who pirates, this community should not encourage it, and at the moment it does.
I disagree, we should encourage buying legal versions not discourage pirating. Plus I do not see how making the patch easy to find is encouraging anything. I like it being posted here, because this is the part of the forum I frequent. So it is convenient for me, a paying customer and I appreciate that not think "I should have pirated it".

its brilliant that we are on patch 7 most people can only get as far as patch 4 somehow someone forgot to put safe game files in so unless you are a very knowledgeable computerperson you are stuck on patch 4 once life was simple

I just updated my AoD to 1.07 but I am still missing the advanced sliders. I had them when I originally bought the game via Steam, but since an update I have no advanced sliders and still do not in 1.07 how do I get the advanced sliders?
Production menu, in the top right hit "auto control window", now enable "auto set production sliders" and advanced sliders. The latter won't work without activating the first.
Many patches? Nice costumer service? Great games that deserves to be bought?
It will be always easy anyway to pirate a game or whatever else, so it is better to encourage to buy the games legally, than waste resources making the life of the costumers harder.
The initial release that people torrent is... a initial release... with many bugs... can't coup a nation, game crashes... etc... why would you make a nice fix so readily available?

My save games are gone and when I try to save it just freezes till I press enter, but it still doesn't save.
From what you say I have an impression you are a pirate at heart.
I did not buy my games because using pirated version I would lose something. I did it because I wanted to support the developers for their work and because it was easy to do and there was no complicated DRM. DRM is all about discouraging people from pirating, but in fact there are plenty of people who just avoid games like that or turn to pirate copies. I can't present any statistical data but my personal observations seem to suggest all the methods directed at pirates in fact hurt the legal customers.You don't need to be a pirate to know what they think just like you don't need to be a dentist to know that they deal with cavities. Just look at the post above, the guy likely has a pirated version and he just got his first patch. My point has been made.

Hi all; been happily playing away with 1.04. Getting ready to format/reinstall the machine. I have 1.02 Install version of AoD; I'm inferring that all I need is the 1.07 hotfix to copy over after initial install and I'll be ready to rumble back across the steppes (in a new game of course)?
