Rt-click on his character pane. Select the button that says "Locate". It will take you to his current province.

Click any land owned by the clan, click the owner, click on the Liege, that's the clan leader. There's one exception, if the owner is a Kokujin with another person above him as Daimyo, you will need to click on the liege to get to the Daimyo, and then click on the liege again for the Clan leader.
So, Province > Owner > Liege. That only works for clan leaders 100%, and you have to know which clan he belongs to in the first place. For Daimyo and Kokujin you could go through the same method and look through the Clan leader's vassal list.

It wont matter which province you choose first, just click on one, then click on the clan banner. Clicking on the clan banner will always take you to the clan leader.
