Anyone notice this aircraft designer oddity?

Small and Carrier airframes have a built in fuel usage before adding in the fuel usage of the engines, while Medium and Large airframes have none. An aircraft like the Bf 110 or Me 262 (small airframe + twin engine) use slightly more fuel than something like a He 111 or Ar 234 (medium airframe + twin engine).

I'd hesitate to call this a bug, as it could be working exactly as intended, but I can't guess a good reason why it would be intended.

Looking again, it seems I was mistaken. Large airframes have a built in fuel consumption as well (small/carrier = 0.05, large = 0.16). So I'm thinking it was intended that they all should, with the number getting progressively higher for larger airframes, and the fact that medium is 0 is a mistake.

My gut instinct wants to put the medium airframe at 0.1.
