Not historic but my current game is Count Asterix le Gaulois of Leon in Brittany. Add -ix to every male born and -ia to females.
That and choosing a random county in eastern Europe and creating Victor Von Doom.

An -ix ending in Latin signifies female, though.
"Imperator" ---> "Imperatrix"
"Dominator" ---> "Dominatrix"
You should have all your males ending with "tor" and your females with "trix".
Your entire life is a lie!!!
Yes yes, we know that everything related to Germany and success screams "NAZI!!" to you Social Democrats.
I did this and then edited the savegame and made him immortal. I became king of Lithuania and ruled a small kingdom for 200 years. When the mongols arrived all my vassals got 200K doomstacks in all of their holdings. I read that this happens when you play as a pagan. I used the console to change to a Catholic, but somehow one of my kids (or grandkids, or great grandkids) started a war despite my bonus for long reign. And of course he destroyed my army and all the mercs I could hire with his doomstacks . I was imprisoned and lost the Kingdom. After several decades behind bars my upstart relative had conquered Scandinavia and most of Northern Europe. I quit at this point because he kept getting 200K doomstacks all the time.
It's not Latin i'm going for. It's the aesthetic of the comic. All of the Gaulish and Belgian characters are ix for male and ia for female. Asterix, Obelix, Getafix, Fulliautomatix, Vitalstatix etc. It's based on the names of old Gaulish chiefs like Vercingetorix. The -rix suffix for the real Gaulish leaders was Latin based though.
It would be added to the Gaulish name. So for Vercingetorix it'd be Ver - Gaulish for better/greater/superior, Cingeto - Gaulish for warrior, Rix being Latin based for king. The Great Warrior King or something similar being the final product.
