I did my part, by purchasing the digital deluxe edition on STEAM earlier today... I only learned of HBS working on a Battletech game from the Dec 4th,2017 update apearing on youtube.

I only joined STEAM because of HBS announced Battletech would be cross-platform (Linux), I even bought Shadowrun: Dragonfall DC, cause it is by HBS and runs on Linux. However, I was disappointed when it was announced in Jan that for Linux it will be delayed.

Same here, I would have backed the KS if I had known about it at the time.
