I noticed a similar song in the Hymns to the Old Gods dlc(I don't know which track).
And now I could have sworn I heard something similar again in a preview of Europa Universalis IV, I wonder if Andreas, is starting connect the games a bit more, in terms of music.

What do you guys think? Am I going insane?:D
