Yup everything is being organized... Game mechanics are tuned, players are gathered, character creation is finetuned.

All right, to answer some of your questions:
The Character Generation page will be finished soon, I have to make some test and a small datafile that will host all info of your characters in case the original one gets misplaced. Remember that your character info is secret and I suggest you keep it that way.
As I said before, each faction will have its base skills value to which you can add 3 points. The you choose your education or occupations. You can choose more than one, but be warned that this will add to your age. Don not worry, it will be fun.
There will aslo be plays, for which I'm going to make a separate page. Plays are the actions taken by one player against another, they represent all the historic or possible action taken by Polish nobility in that era. These plays will include Assasination, Espionage, Disinformation, Arson, and many more. The detail info on plays is soon to come. The number of plays will grow as we progress through AAR and as Poland develops new technologies to be used for you and your devious ways.

Can we stay take points away from our generic abilities? For instance, all nobles seem to have high skills in poliitics, I don't wanna be a politican, so pls, can we take away? Pretty please?

You can add three point to any skill or you can balance it out between two or three skills. Those three point won't add to your age. You can balance your character any way you please, though you can't take off point from skills.
So three points is all I can add in total???

The base skill point reflect your familie's abilities and shortcoming and you can't take off points from base skills.
