Anybody else getting this error when trying to access any Paradox game wiki page?

What this even means is this some Server side problem or is there something wrong with my computer should I update something?

It means the wiki software was upgraded to a new version, but nobody realized that the new Mediawiiki release required an update for PHP on the server, too.
