I got the surviving mars key 6 hours or so before launch. Don’t know what the timing will be here, as steam preloads are Monday, they might come then.

i brought it through the paradox store so i don't have a backer kit

PDX store purchases did get keys e-mailed out right at 10am. Manually activate product on Steam with the key and away we go. 8.6GB.
