I'm currently working on some way for minors that manage ahistoric expansion to pick up additional tech teams (i.e., tech teams that don't suck).
I would like to link these additional tech teams to absolute numbers of IC (so when you hit 101 IC, you get some of them, 121 IC, you get some more, etc.).
But I don't see a trigger that appears to be appropriate. There are the following triggers:
As a result, I would expect to see "ic = x", but it's not listed. Has anybody tried it (not in a place to do so just right now, will in a few hours)? Does it work? Any other way to detect generically when a country is being ahistorically successful?
