I've searched a bit and it doesn't look likely, but I have a 5-button mouse and it would be very convenient if I could remap "increase speed", "decrease speed", and "play/pause" to mouse buttons (saving me the need to hover my other hand over the "+" and "-" keys on the keyboard).
Any way to remap shortcut keys to mouse buttons?

I don't think there is a simple method to remap shortcuts for the game, but if you can set your mouse buttons to act like "+", "-" and "space" keyboard keys, then you're done. Your mouse probably has a software, where you can do that.
