Well 350 divisions is a good start. 350 divisions x 15 000 men are over 5 million soldiers.


But remember Franz Halder writing in his diary after short after the start of Barbarossa; "We estimated the russian strength to be 200 divisions but we have already identified 360"


The interesting part here is what happen if the Soviet Union goes to war. Remember that during the first 3 months of Barbarossa Germany captured and killed about 3 million red army but later in the winter the red army yet again fielded the standard number of over 4 million front soldiers.

Do Russia start producing units in large scale once attacked?
