Nah - it just takes longer, ALOT longer. In fact in my last game they're still going at in 1945 ;)

Of course the slight inconvienience of an American invasion of Italy after I'd sucked the Italians dry of expeditionary corps to maintain the line is a minor problem............

But I'm sure we can hold the Alps;)

Ok it was unusual - Axis still win more often than not but it takes them 1-2 years in '39 scenario. The 1945 endless east front was from a beta 1.02 which used a '36 scenario (gives the ruskies more chance - sometimes). Of course I'm not a super player - but if it goes on like this things are going to go nuclear in 1946 ish. Only problem is I think the Yanks will get the bomb first.

Although the true heirs to the mantle of Caesar will prevail (it will just take a bit longer and be whole lot more fun :D )

The techs that were supposed to have increased the productivity of your industries (build more for less IC) were broken and didn't work properly. Now (after some fun and games in beta) they do:D

Wow.
Great work. I now I will be loosing a lot of sleep. Perhaps that is Paradox's revenge. They loose sleep to get the patch done, then we loose sleep to play the game.

Just one question. I couldn't garner this from the loooooong list of of bugs and fixes.

Will Fighters now intercept correctly/automatically even if on a Carrier?

That means that the techs that said they would reduce research time or cost will actually be functional now. The upper tier of the electronics tree used to be pointless, but now each one of those 15% improvements to research end time should make for a major effect on your research speed. Woot! :)
