well, I would take advantage of the anarchy in France while it lasts--before you know it, you will have an *extremely* powerful neighbor. In the first couple years I would declare war on the Dauphine and take the two Dauphine provinces to your west. You have to build up a powerbase as quickly as you can, like I said earlier, you need to be able to contend with France. Once you seize those provinces Id turn east to vassalize Milan (dont force annex unless you're either very confident or plan a long period of peace afterwards). Once Provence loses its other province IIRC its Maine I would go directly to take it, force annex if you must. Once you achieve this you should have a powerful kingdom in southeast France/northwest Italy. After that dont make war for a while while the BB situation cools off. But, as Savoy, in the couple games Ive played as them, in the beginning, expand quickly and I would just get as big of a slice of France as I could. Get into Italy before the other major powers do. Never stay idle as Savoy, otherwise you risk being carved up between the major powers. Diplomacy is your friend. Keep a high aristocracy. Take advantage of your duel cultures, it what separates you from every other French and Italian state (save lorraine and Vence)
