If we then adopt a ruthless rehost policy (IE: we won't rehost if only one or two players drop) it could be interesting.
Even better one: fu-k them with bad connections, they can read a book instead of destroying the fun time the rest of us have playing EU will have
I prefer FAST rehosts WEHN someone drops. Why? Because that is the most kind thing to do. I believe you should be kind to your fellow gamer as long as he deserves to be treated kindly. People with bad connections do not deserve to be treated kindly. They go around destroying the quality of life for the rest.
And yes, of course it may be difficult to draw the line. But once you have drawn it then be kind to those who have been accepted into the game.
If you have a good host and have people with good connections playing I say that presupposing some 10-13 players at most one rehost per evening (4 hour session) should be necessary and that is nothing, you can certainly pick up the dropper quickly, whether he is in war or not. Perhaps wait a month or so just in case he needs to reboot. In short: as soon as a dropper announces on ICQ that he is ready to jon a rehost, then you rehost.
