So playing a machine empire, and I am looking forward getting Machine Worlds.

I need Climate Restoration tech to pick up the perk. The internet seems confused about if there are Ascension Perks prerequisites to get the tech. I decided to ask the most up to date community ^_^

Looks like it only depends on Terrestrial Sculpting.
You get an increased chance to roll it if the Society scientist has the New Worlds trait, and also if you've unlocked the Expansion traditions.
