Any plans for a console release???

Preferably on Playstation. Just curious, tried searching around and all I could come up with is it was mentioned before but nothing else. I would love to add this to my collection! Been having a blast with Planetfall and made me look into this game as well, was really disheartening to see no news of a console announcement. Just tossing it out there, I know I'm not the only one

It's very unlikely that there will be a console port at this stage, since the game is no longer under active development.

Also I vaguely recall something about them not having the licensing rights to put it on consoles. I forget if that was something that was officially mentioned, or if I am just remembering speculation.

Pretty sure Mitch confirmed it was not going to happen because of licensing reasons.
