Any one else think Wormholes need a graphical improvement?

While the current effect is usable, an improved version (likely introduced later) wouldn't be bad. :)
Given that the Black Holes got a Interstellar make-over, how about giving wormholes an appearance based on the same science (though quite a bit older than that film).
EVE has used the same science that forms the basis of Interstellar's Black Hole visuals.

The effect is quite gorgeous in person, with the destination being faintly visible on the event horizon and a distortion effect around the sphere. :cool:

Agreed. I think it could make the game quite beautiful. As-is it seems like the wormholes just don't artistically fit with the beautifully detailed planets and stars.

I don't really think a Worm Hole should look like a Black Hole. Going though a Black Hole would result in the destruction of the ship involved. I don't mind a Worm Hole looking different, but if it looked like a 40k Warp rift that would be awesome! (And purple is always a good color).
