As i said Royal Prerogative would have to have a very massive negative loyalty penalty, like -10 or -15%, atleast with the current system.

As to realms revolting, i think if the chance is lowered for the AI to quite small and humans its higher it would be okay. I don't like seeing stuff only happen for humans period if at all possible.

If I am not mistaken, when someone who is part of your domain (whether directly, or through a Duke if you are a King) rebels, you get a claim on their lands automatically. That being the case, nothing would change under the scheme you outlined above.

But a vassal that declares war on another vassal isn't really rebelling nor declaring independence.

Any other comments about the laws thing? Maybe under Feudal Contract liege intervention should be harder (raising the cost of the claim against his vassal)?

I've seen these in laws.txt:
Code:
ban_private_warfare (Feud CBs doesn't appear)
allow_private_warfare (Feud CBs appear in standard fashion)
oppose_private_warfare (Feud CBs appear, but cost prestige to initiate)

Any info/comments about?

Which goes back to what has been said since EU2: I paid for "the Conquerers" add-on to Age of Empires II. I paid for the "Play the World" add-on for CivIII. I paid for every "the Sims" add-on ever. I pay a monthly fee to a website that lets me download new clothes for my Sims to wear.

I'll pay for "Crusader Kings: The Art of Intrigue" expansion. Especially if I can download it.
Paradox games are just too complex for single project budget. While I suspect there is not going to be CK2 anytime soon, I would certainly buy "datadisk", especially if it was ready to deliver together with Diplomacy to save shipping costs. I am not sure if the demand would be high enough to justify such an undertaking though.
