ha, i liked your first post up there. it seems javar answered your initial question, but about the EU3 demo, the game has been updated so much, the demo bears little resemblance to what people are playing now.
that said, your computer meets the specs, but on the very low end. can i shed some bad news? Rome will likely have similar system requirements. You might want to consider a graphics card update in the future, I'd recommend selling your old one to a friend or on ebay and then getting another 256 RAM card but of the 7000 series, preferably, 7800 w/ 256, which shouldn't be that expensive by the time ROME comes out (much less than $200, which is where I start calling cards costly).
in the interim, Victoria is very deep game and would run on your machine swimmingly. the game really appeals to Prussia-philes and you can simulate WWI to boot.
