Any historical base on "Babylonian Tylos"?

As this is my current run I was curious if there is any historical connection between Tylos and Babylonia. At first glance I couldn't find anything (google and wikipedia basically). Not that I am complaining if it is just a way to be able to reform the Babylonian Empire.

The wiki page on Dilmun (the pre-Hellenic name of Tylos) has quite a bit on how it was ruled by the Assyrians and Babylonians for long periods of time, and how their languages (Akkadian and then Aramaic) were spoken there.

Thanks, there indeed seems to be a clear connection between Dilmun and Babylonians (Assyrians) even if at the time period of the game there is no certain indication on what the status quo was. The only strange thing is that they chose to go with the exonym (Tylos) rather than Dilmun and why the country is a Republic.
Again given the scarce sources it is really not a big issue.
