Any Good Strategies for Italy?

Man! playing as Italy is damn hard. I lose Ethiopia and Libya very quickly when the brawling starts.. almost every time.

Any good advice is appreciated.

I do Africa as Italy that way:

• Puppet Ethiopia and never call it to war. (I hold the port and airport on Italian territory next to Ethiopia with the trroops they send me.)
• 10 10/0 Infantry divisions on the border to france in west africa to hold until Vichy. (May be too many divisions...)
• 8 14/4s or 8/8s + 10 10/0s and 400 CAS and 800 Fighters to rush Suez, Syria and down to Ethiopia as fast as possible.
• Rush Corsica, Malta, Gibraltar and Cyprus.
• Then I dig in at the end of the Egypt Airzone in the west of Ethiopia with 24 10/0 divisions and forget Africa.

What about research? Industry? Do you build ports or mic, or cic?

Any tips just like German Rush to Poland any countries to go for as Italy?
