Any chance we will get a hotfix for AI empires dealing with rebels

With the no auto war declaration AI empires seem to ignore these rogue states that pop up and then they get declared on by other empires (and me lol) but i do think the new change is a much better way of doing it because the attrition war score was a nightmare because if your fleet was occupied a independence declaration can get to 100% very quickly in the old version.

Anyway i strongly think a quick patch that adds a -relations penalty for declaring independence (like an auto insult feature)

The AI will then precieve these rebels as rebels and not brand new empire spawns which is what i think they do now. The Heg imperielists in my game have lost two systems to rebellion and made no effort to retake. its 6 years later i took one and the other is still there with no guarantees of independence from anyone even though it should be a high priority target for the Hegs.

I think its because the heg imperials view them as the same species (like when your encounter fanatical purgers of the same species they dont have the -1000)
